Welcome to Density. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Density app and website (together, "the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Using Density

You must be at least 13 years old to use Density. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it.

Your content

You retain ownership of the training data and content you create in Density. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate the Service for you — for example, to calculate your Density Score, show your history, and generate recommendations.

Subscriptions & billing

• Density offers a free tier plus paid subscriptions (Pro and Elite) and a one-time Founder purchase.
• Paid subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
• Prices may change; we'll give notice of changes as required by the App Store and applicable law.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.

Health & safety disclaimer

Density is a fitness and training tool, not medical advice. Its scores, deload flags, Coach Notes, and AI-generated programs are informational only. Always consult a qualified professional before beginning or changing any exercise program. You train at your own risk, and you are responsible for exercising safely and within your ability.

AI-generated content

Some features generate programs and recommendations using AI. These outputs may be imperfect or incomplete and should be reviewed with judgment. You are responsible for how you apply any AI-generated guidance.

Service availability

We work to keep Density running reliably, but we provide the Service "as is" and "as available." We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using Density and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
